Top 40 Song and Top 50 Artist votes are anonymous to members and creators. Only totals and the voter’s own current selection are shown. Administrators may access vote records only for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform integrity. Automated voting, duplicate accounts, vote trading, and manipulation are prohibited.
Administrators may investigate reports, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove content, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Tips and subscriptions are processed by configured third-party payment providers. Their terms also apply.
Legal name, date of birth, location, email, safety-review information, moderation records, and individual chart-vote records are private administrative data and are not displayed publicly.
